By customising cradles and strapping, your out-of-gauge cargo can be transported securely to its intended destination. We take into account the movement of the vessel and tailor the cradles and strapping accordingly.

Case Study

Built in the 1920s, a vintage pair of fully restored and refurbished trams were shipped from Melbourne to Jellicoe Wharf in Auckland as part of the city’s waterfront redevelopment plan.

Requiring utmost care and reliability, Champion Freight was entrusted with full end-to-end delivery. Our very own Chief Executive, Murray Gain (pictured), was on hand to personally oversee their arrival to port, along with a number of key city officials and news media.
