Established in 1999, Champion Freight is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated freight forwarder and customs brokerage. As an independent and full-service third-party logistics provider, we specialise in offering international and coastal freight solutions for businesses of all sizes. Our expertise is backed by our advanced agency network, which guarantees seamless transport and customs clearance around the world.

As a member of the Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders of New Zealand and the India New Zealand Business Council, we have the industry know-how and reputation for excellence to optimize your international logistics. In addition, we offer Warehousing and Customs Brokerage services, are a registered NVOCC for the US market, and operate proprietary High-Risk ATFs in Auckland and Christchurch, providing greater flexibility and superior service levels.

Our Team

Champion Freight benefits from an experienced and diverse team which has lived and worked across the globe including Australia, Europe, India, Middle East, USA, Japan and China. All staff now call New Zealand home and collectively contribute to over 100 years of knowledge in various roles and management within the freight industry.

A high portion of the team speak multiple languages (English, Polish, Indonesian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Italian, etc.), and have achieved higher education qualifications ranging from commerce, to customs brokerage and the prestigious Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
